What’s Included in a Criminal Background Check?
Name and DOB search of misdemeanor or felony federal, state, and county court records. A name and date of birth search of court records for an applicant includes all available reportable records, including criminal records, bankruptcies, tax liens, and other records from the district and appellate courts.
The scope of all criminal searches is 7 years. We will report misdemeanor and felony criminal conviction records and search sex offender registries.
All records reported will be verified with the most reliable source and will contain the most current information available.
